Procedures for Sending Equipment for Repair
Before sending any equipment for repair, you must first call
1-800-253-0375
to obtain a Repair Authorization (RA) number from PUPCO. Specific questions
regarding the type of equipment,
reason for repair, completion date, methods
of payment and return shipping will be asked before a RA is issued.
The RA number should be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipped package.
Be sure to also include your name, address, telephone number, description of problem, and RA number
inside the box with the equipment.
The customer is responsible for proper packing of the product for shipment.
The customer is responsible for lost shipment(s) or any damage to equipment during shipment(s).
We recommend insuring the shipment and requiring a proof
of delivery from carrier.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
